Terms of Service

Reelbench provides access to AI image and video generation workflows through supported third-party model providers.

The service may include queues, rate limits, model availability changes, temporary failures, and provider-side moderation.

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for all activity performed through their account.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, violate policy, or create legal or platform risk.

Credits represent usage capacity inside the product. Credits are consumed when a generation job is accepted and processed.

If a generation fails because of platform error, provider failure, timeout, or moderation rejection before delivery, credits should be returned according to the Refund Policy.

Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and downstream use of those outputs.

Generated results may be imperfect, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific use case.
