Refund rules for subscriptions, credits, failed generations, unused balances, and billing mistakes.

Refund window
Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, time since payment, and whether credits or generated outputs have been used.
Before live checkout is enabled, the exact refund window must match the payment provider configuration and checkout copy.
Eligible cases
Duplicate charges, accidental charges, platform outages that prevent usage, and unused credits within the stated refund window may be eligible for review.
Failed generation jobs caused by platform or provider errors should return credits automatically when the failure is verified.
Ineligible cases
Credits already consumed by successful generations are generally not refundable.
Subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully generated AI result does not automatically qualify for a cash refund because AI output is probabilistic.
How to request
Send the account email, order ID, payment date, refund reason, and relevant generation IDs to support@reelbench.com.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider when possible.
